Dutch Company Pal-V works on the certifications process to make the flying car Pal-V Liberty legal on the roads. The flying car which is designed to seat two, packs an internal combustion engine delivering 100 horsepower which should be enough for a top speed of 160 Km/h on the road, and 180 Km/h in the air.
