Harley Livewire 2020
LiveWire is Harley-Davidson’s first electric motorcycle, and thus it is new from the ground up, with a new platform, frame, motor, battery, wheels, tires, etc. The 105hp motor can push the electric bike that weighs around 250 Kg. to a top speed of 152 Km/h, noting that throttle response is crisp, providing instantaneous gobs of power. The 15.5 Kilowatt battery benefits from various regenerative braking settings, and it provides 150 Km of combined urban and highway riding. LiveWire offers seven selectable Ride Mode that electronically control the performance characteristics of the motorcycle, and Harley-Davidson chose Brembo brakes for better stopping abilities. The ergonomics are typical of an upright naked sport-bike, knowing that the biker is placed in a slightly forward-leaning position.
