REARVIEW CAMERA
When backing up, the standard rearview camera system provides a wide-angle view behind the vehicle, helping to make it easier to navigate into tight parallel parking spots and safer when backing out of a driveway.
ACTIVE STABILITY CONTROL
Active Stability Control (ASC)3 employs sensors that monitor the grip of each tire. If a wheel begins to slip, the system communicates with the ABS to apply the brakes to the wheels with the most traction, helping you to stay in control.
5 SEATS, 7 AIRBAGS
In addition to six standard airbags4—including front, front-seat-mounted, and side-curtain airbags—Mirage adds a seventh underneath the driver's side dashboard. The 2018 Mirage features two transmission options to suit your driving needs. Choose the 5-speed manual transmission for more control or the ultra-efficient and smooth Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) for more carefree driving.
HILL START ASSIST
When you're accelerating from a standstill on a steep incline, Hill Start Assist (HSA)3 helps prevent the vehicle from rolling backward. When activated, the feature holds the brakes for approximately two seconds as you switch from the brake pedal to the accelerator.
TRACTION AND BRAKING
