Mercedes-Benz Vision AVTR 2020
Mercedes-Benz AVTR is a concept car inspired by Avatar movie, and takes design from the sci-fi fantasy film Avatar. The concept car shows a completely new interaction between human, machine and nature. The interior and exterior are connected via large oval openings, noting that the illuminated spirals carve generous loop structures that unite the front and rear seats, center console and the glass forms. The vehicle comes with multifunctional control element in the center console, and the driver can select between autonomous, or half autonomous drive mode where he controls the speed, and full steering. The car can move sideways by 30 degrees, from the grille to the rear. The concept features a 110 Kilowatt-hour electric motor that can produce 470hp and a range of roughly 700 Km.
