سيّارة تجرّ كلباً خلفها والمالك يوضّح!

قام مواطن لبناني برابط كلب ألف في مؤخرة
سيارته من نوع جيب هوندا سي ار
في
العامر الذي زعج القصير من المواطنين
أوضح إدوارد أن الكلب ليس ملكه بل هو لصاحبه وكان يريد اخذة إلى جمعية للاعتناء به لكنه لم يسع في السيارة لذلك إضطر إلى ربطه في السيارة
وبحسب قانون السير يعتبر صاحب السيّارة مخالفاً وبخاصةٍ للمادة 57 منه وتقتصر الإجراءات التي تتخذ في هذه الحالة بمحضر ضبط بحق صاحب السيارة بانتظار الإدعاء المباشر من الأشخاص المتضررين أو من الجمعيات التي تُعني بالرفق بالحيوانات
